And, welcome to my little thread of the web. I'm Gina, and I've been writing here since 2006. This space started out as Desperately Seeking {Thom}, a search for an old acquaintance to seek closure but led to seeking something far more satisfying: myself.
Just as I've always heard...the minute you finally let go of whatever it is you're longing for is the minute it will find you. The Thom I was searching for found me here, and yet, it didn't provide the closure I was seeking. Instead it was the beginning of a love story that brought me to Arkansas.

- I love reading, writing {duh!}, crafting, and baking.
- I am terrible at keeping up with current events.
- But I aspire to be a great friend and person.

I've worked in retail {administration} for fifteen years but my real passion lies in photography, crafting, party planning, and all things pumpkin. Someday, I'll work in one {or all!} of those fields. I'm interested in learning more about web & graphic design and social media.
My most favorite part of this craziness that is the world-wide-web? Connecting with friends & family back in my home state {Michigan} and connecting with an awesome community of Arkansas Women Bloggers.
